CERTIFICATES

To order Certificates (& permission to copy relevant manual): Send $25 per student to Phyllis Brooks, PO Box 792, Wendell, MA 01379-0792, along with student contact information. Be sure to send the name of each student AS THEY WANT IT ON THEIR CERTIFICATE. Include the type of class, date and place it will be/was held. Certificates with printed on names are treated by professional regulatory associations as more valid than those with written in names, so we have moved to this method as part of our campaign to become “legitimate” in those circles.
